Payments

You can pay with a credit card: Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover. 
Online orders are processed through Stripe - securely accepting most major credit cards from around the world.
You can pay me directly: I can send you a Paypal invoice OR I am a Visa/Mastercard merchant and can process your cards...contact me for direct payment processing information.  

What About Sales Tax?
California residents will be charged 8.75% sales tax (the tax rate in Campbell, CA).

Shipping

During bridal season, please allow up to 2 weeks for items to be made and shipped. If you do need something in a hurry, contact me prior to purchase so I can make sure I can meet your deadline.

In the USA: I ship USPS Priority Mail, a SMALL package is approximately $6.50-$13.50, (price depends on the value of the package) which includes insurance and tracking. Larger items will cost more...express and overnight delivery is available - contact me for exact pricing and options. 
 
Canada USPS Priority Express International, $40, 3-6 day ship time, with tracking and insurance.
Other countries USPS Priority Express International, $59-$64, 3-8 day ship time, with tracking and insurance.
For exact amounts, contact me and I'll check the prices for Express shipping to your country.
I cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen goods after I ship your item.  Please make sure your shipping address is to a secure location.
***When importing goods into your country, you may be charged additional customs or duty fees for your shipment. These fees are your responsibility to pay to your own countries customs officials and not mine, as you are the person importing.***

Refunds and Exchanges

All items are handmade just for you...all sales are final. If there is a quality problem within 3 days of receiving the product, contact me - I will replace any defective item. I want you to absolutely LOVE your jewelry and be able to wear it again and again. If you are really not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me and we will work together to reach a resolution.

Your Privacy

Your privacy is important to me!  Any personal information you choose to leave with us will be kept in the strictest confidence. We will not share or sell any information about you with anyone. I may contact you occasionally via email for special sales and new product announcements. If you would like to be removed from this list, simply 'Reply' and write 'Remove' in the subject line.
